In 2009, Jeff Demerly took ownership of a Pioneer seed agency that had a 50-year history of service, with a goal of enhancing that reputation. His commitment to keeping the farmers’ best interest in mind shows that he’s meeting that goal.

“If a customer comes to me with an obstacle, I’ll do whatever I can to find a solution,” says Jeff. “Our team has the experience and expertise to get the answers that help customers succeed.”

Jeff also notes that he enjoys the everyday challenges, interacting with customers, and the idea that he’s helping them feed the world. “Teamwork is the key,” he says. “That’s what it takes to run a business, get the job done, and make others successful.”

It’s no surprise, then, that this agency won the Pioneer Teamwork Award in 2018.
